This is not my recipe, but it was darned good anyway.
Rost 4dl of mixed nuts (unsalted) i a hot pan along with two finely chopped red hot peppers (if you deseed them and take out the white parts is up to you) and 1 dried chipotle smashed to almost powder. Add 4tbs of maple syrup and 2 tbs of water and some sea salt. Cook the whole thing on low heat until all the moister has evaporated and the nuts are nicely coated by the sugar. Put the mixture on small cup-cake liners and pinch some seal salt flakes on top. Put them into a cold place to harden up.
